Dual Monitors
macOS users on M1 Pro, M1 Max, M1 Ultra, M2 Pro, M2 Max, M2 Ultra, M3 Pro, M3 Max or Intel based Macs can connect up to dual displays.
M1/M2 based Macs do not support dual monitors through their Thunderbolt ports due to their chip limitations.
For M3 based Mac, pls close the lid of the Mac to make dual external monitors work.

Hot Tips
M1/M2 based Macs do not support dual monitors, you can only extend ONE monitor, the other monitor will not be displayed.
For M3 based Mac, pls close the lid of the Mac to make dual external monitors work.
You can extend/mirror dual monitors via two of the three downstream Thunderbolt 4 ports only, cannot reach 3 monitors.
Higher refresh rate support may vary due to operating system updates.
Not recommended for non-thunderbolt3/4 systems, performance will be limited.
Please make sure your device's USB-C port supports charging and video output.
