besides the price, what are the differences between Western Digital Ultrastar 14TB DC HC500 and  Western Digital 14TB Ultrastar DC HC530? Thank you.

HC500 is the series of Ultrastar drives 
HC510 - 8TB & 10TB
HC520 - 12TB
HC530 - 14TB
So it is the exact same drive you see listed here on Newegg, unfortunately, one is generically labeled HC500 for the 14TB instead of the proper HC530. Price differences are a result of different sellers.

Enterprise storage, does that mean NAS/SAN RAID controller compatible?

Yes you can put it in a NAS like a Drobo.
Yes you can put it in a SAN like Synology.
I would say the drive is a lot louder then the gold series. 
I have the drive is a old quad core Dell that is my main Plex Server.
Have a 2TB Samsung 860 SSD OS drive.
I paid $460.00 so $430.00 is nice but i know 16tb or 20tb coming later this year i believe
