Will a 630W PSU be sufficient for this card? My system also has OC'd i5 2500K, 16 GB RAM, DVD drive, 128 SSD + 1TB HDD.

Most likely, yes. I'm using a 450W with very similar specs. AMD released a driver update to improve power draw from the card. When I installed my card and used the old driver CD it included, my system lost power and shut down. I had to take out the card, install the new driver, and now my system works great. Point being, install the new software from AMD before you install the card.

Does this have a VGA Port?

They release new stock as fast as they can, currently they have been releasing slowly as I think they may be changing a few specs to there board. About once a week 10-20 more cards come available is what I have noticed.
