Categories > Utility Knives > Seber Design Group > Seber 88-388 Knife Bundle

Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2 Cheaply made
Pros: FOR BOTH: cheap, good weight, cool features, large clip
Cons: FOR UTILITY KNIFE: 1.handle design makes you feel like the blade will hit your finger. 2.only three settings, blade closed, blade fully out, and blade and shaft fully out. 3. blade can only be changed in middle setting.

FOR FOLDING UTILITY: 1. racheting system seems cheap with noticable movement when locked(except when fully opened it seems decent.) 2. when blade is closed the blade holder hits one side of the handle due to the handle being slightly bent. 3. blade has alot of movement. 4.came with loose bolts that actually fell off when I opened package. 5. racheting direction/lock change switch is very difficult to switch with a thumb along with the blade not being very easy to open/close with one thumb(I am not weak its just difficult, you cant even flick it open if blade is half way open)
Other Thoughts: I am used to kershaw and spyderco knives. I thought a utility knife would be good for work at Home Depot rather than the safety knife they give you because I would rather change a razor blade than sharpen my knives often. The quality was expected to be lower but I didnt expect this low. The racheting blade system is a excellent idea but with poor craftsmanship the best idea can be the worse. Both knives are very thick, about 2 of my spyderco delica's combined.

If you want to get a utility knife just stick with stanley or for a cheap folding one go for husky, both IMO have far better build quality and functionability

Categories > Utility Knives > Olympia Tools International, Inc. > Olympia Tools 33-131 TURBOKNIFE II (EASY CHANGE BLADE)

Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5 My favorite Utility Knife
Pros: Sturdy grip which allows for more leverage. I bought less years ago from Harbor Freight under the name of Pittsburgh, and have always wished I had bought two. Yes the blade changer really does not work as designed and that is why I wanted two. This is a safe knife to work with and that is why I give it 5 stars. Oh, I also opened the knife completely to see why the blade change did not work smoothly and they other reviewer was right - if you open it completely be sure you do it on a clean table. It is easy to put back together, but it does have several smaller parts.
Cons: Not a quick blade change as advertised, but for the price I did not expect it to work smoothly. Some quick changers that function are also easy to cut yourself during the quick change. So this is not really a big con for me.
Other Thoughts: Great for those who are concerned about safety of use.

Categories > Utility Knives > LENOX > Lenox Lenox Gold Titanium Edge Utility Knife Blade.

Rating + 1Rating + 1Rating + 1Rating + 1Rating + 1 Wrong quantity & no support
Pros: Nice looking blades
Cons: Wrong quantity package & no answer from customer support
Other Thoughts: The picture of the product is a package of 50 blades. When I received a package of five I emailed the vendor, Tool District. I have sent two more emails, with a gap of days in between each email, but have received no replies.
My complaint is not with the blades, strictly Tool District.

Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5 Great For the Price
Pros: Large & Sturdy
LOW PRICE/FREE SHIPPING!
Easy (not auto) new blade replacing
Big & Bright Yellow make finding it easier
Also lose it less often because so big.
Cons: Big & Bright Yellow (a pro or a con depending on your use)
Clunky Big
Nothing Bad To say at all.
Other Thoughts: For $5.00 with free shipping this was second purchase of a utility knife.

My sole use if for opening all the boxes from all the on-line shopping I do.

I am always losing things, and this is much harder to lose compared to a silver standard size utility or even a very bright basic box cutter (I can never find one no matter how bright.

Fast Delivery (I live in meto Los Angeles so usually overnight from neweggg.

Categories > Utility Knives > Olympia Tools International, Inc. > Olympia Tools 33-133 TURBOKNIFE X YELLOW

Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5Rating + 5 Useful knife
Pros: High quality blades sharp enough to cut to various surfaces without breaking
Safety cap to keep it secured
The function to retract the blade for portability
Extra blades incase one blade gets dull
Cons: None I really noticed
Other Thoughts: I used the knife for crafts and after using it heavily on various surfaces, the tip of the blade still hasn't broken unlike some of my other craft knives. Overall, it is a well-built knife.

Categories > Utility Knives > SE > New camping utensil set. This sturdy tool is made of high quality stainless steel. It includes a sharp knife, fork, spoon, corkscrew and bottle opener. A great tool for weekend camping!

Rating + 1Rating + 1Rating + 1Rating + 1Rating + 1 Poor Quality
Pros: Good ideal
Cons: Junk, it fell apart when I opened it. It is supposed to seperate to become a fork & knife but this thing fell completely apart due to the rivet/pin that held one of the sides together. Never got to use it .

Categories > Utility Knives > Olympia Tools International, Inc. > Olympia Tools 33-131 TURBOKNIFE II (EASY CHANGE BLADE)

Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2Rating + 2 Fell Apart
Pros: None. Haven't tried it. Cheap.
Cons: I tried to get to work, but the blade wouldn't come out. So I unscrewed the main holder screw...As soon as I did, everything just fell out....Blades, tiny screws everything just fell out of the thing!

Lesson..when opening this thing up be sure to be sitting on a clean table and make a note where everything fits in.
