The SATA Device Sleep Mode (DevSleep) shuts down the SATA interface completely to conserve more power than traditional Standby Mode. Other advanced features – such as TRIM and NCQ support, built-in ECC, wear leveling, and intelligent block management – all work together to ensure a reliable, consistent performance with minimized speed loss over time and use.
