Pros: Ultra Fast and Quiet. Increased the save/load speed of PS3 game saves immensely. (Ps3 originally comes with a Seagate Momentus 5400rpm) Lots of room for storage vs the original 60gb.

Disappointing

Pros: Reliable. Quiet. No issues with installation, and doesn't seem to run overly hot. Long warranty.

Cons: Little to no performance increase seen from upgrade. Huge drop in battery life.

Other Thoughts: I got this drive as an upgrade to replace the 120GB Fujitsu 5400rpm/8Mb cache drive in my Lenovo ThinkPad T61.

Performance difference is negligible, and I've had a huge drop in battery life. If I had to do it all over again, I'd get a 320GB 5400rpm in the same price range, knowing that higher-density platters offer good performance, and I'd go Hitachi, who I believe has a better reputation for power-saving technology

Pros: I Replaced a Seagate Momentus 160 GB 7200 rpm drive with an 8 Meg Buffer with This 200 GB 7200 rpm drive with a 16 Meg Buffer and it Made a Noticeable difference in performance and Multi-tasking. I Had No issues with vibration or any other concerns. I would highly Recommend this Drive.

Cons: NONE AT ALL!!

Other Thoughts: Unusually slow shipping for some reason. Normally Newegg Products are at your Door before they should be,but the last two deliveries were not really Up to NewEgg Standards. Their Customer Service is Number ONE and they take care of every Concern Immediately. They Still Get My Business and are Still Number 1 in My Book.
