Pros: It operates everything you will need for Windows Media Center.

Cons: I wish the remote was a little bigger. The buttons are small and very close together.

Pros: Would be good if it could wake my PC from sleep

Cons: The remote doesn't wake the PC from sleep. Other comments said they were able to wake the PC from S3, so i contacted Rosewill support and they told me my remote was deffective. They told me to e-mail RMA departement. I emailed them for a RMA but they never got back to me. Garbage product, garbage support.

Pros: Great remote and every thing works better then what i was hoping for. It's plug and play with xbmcbuntu current version "12.1". Number button work for filter in letters or quick view to a different letter in movie menu. keys up-top are shortcut key for other areas of xbmc, pictures going right to picture and etc. The Radio button doesn't do anything but that's because there is no radio shortcut yet. Easy to use for my mother which the media center was build for.

Cons: Not re-chargeable but knew that when i got it.

Other Thoughts: Glad to see it works for linux and xbmc. simple and easy to use with the interface. I use transparency for the interface currently.

Pros: Better than using a mouse at long distances.

Cons: None that I know of yet.

Other Thoughts: To be fair, I have not yet tested this thoroughly enough to give it a solid review. I did use it for a few hours and played some movies through my computer to the TV via HDMI and it worked well as a remote. I did not try out all the features yet as I am building a new rig in a few months and will have a better idea of what this can do. I will update this review later.

Pros: Good support in Windows out the box
Remote receiver is small and well made
Is 100% eHome compatible.

Cons: Configuration in XBMC for Windows can be a daunting task; not really the remote's fault though.

Pros: Plug 'n play out of the box, with only a restart needed for the drivers to load.
Tested on XBMCbuntu Linux 11.0 and 12.0 and works flawlessly.
Took a little bit to figure out what buttons activated the various context menus, but so far I have not found anything that does not work.

Cons: Not really a con, but a small piece of double sided tape to keep the IR receiver in place would have been welcomed.

Other Thoughts: Highly recommended for a budget remote with out of the box plug 'n play for XBMC on Linux and (I'm sure) other OS's.

Pros: Does what i expected

Cons: Down arrow has stopping working after 3 days use

Pros: Fully able to run not just Windows Media Center, but also Media Player, iTunes and CyberLink Power DVD.

Cons: Buttons are a little small. hard to find them in the dark.

Other Thoughts: While I would recommend it as the best remote I've tried so far, it isn't perfect.

Pros: Very convenient, strong IR sensor

Cons: the usb IR dongle is fairly small and would be nice if it were a little bigger. Something you could sit on your desk. You pretty much have to secure this to something. I used 3m doublesided emblem tape, which works great, but moving it is not an easy option.

Other Thoughts: All and all, it is $20 very well spent! Would recommend

Pros: Works great with XBMC on my HTPC. It has all of the functions I need to be able to navigate around in the program and use it to play my media. Once I plugged in the USB receiver and started LIRC I was able to use it in XBMC.

Cons: I can't think of really any cons for this remote, it has been able to do everything that I have needed or expected a remote to be able to do.
