Yes. As long as it fits in the enclosure and the enclosure has the correct connector you are good to go. The same can be said for any Internal drive. The only difference between an Internal drive and an external drive with a few exceptions (soldered in place) is that an external drive is an Internal drive placed in an external enclosure.

Inside the HP Pavilion 15Z laptop there's room for:
1 x 2.5" mobile hard drive (or 2.5" SSHD Hybrid drive) 
and
1 x M.2 SATA SSD which is a physically smaller, faster drive..

If your laptop has only the physically smaller M.2 SATA SSD then, yes, you may add a WD Blue 2.5" Mobile Hard Drive as an extra drive.

If your laptop already has a 2.5" Mobile Hard Drive installed then you can replace it with the WD Blue 2.5" model, but you cannot add a WD Blue 2.5" as an extra drive because there is only room for one 2.5" drive.

Yes it will, but you will need to download the PS4 update and put it on a flash drive, the instructions for this are at playstations website google PS4 Hard drive replacement.  Depending on what games you play a Solid state drive or SSD will give you much faster load times on a PS4 look for a 2.5" SSD. Past that I would not buy a drive from a marketplace seller as 8 times out of 10 they are selling used drives. Make sure your buying from the store where you are shopping at (look for Ship and sold by: Newegg).
