Can I use this hard drive for my home network system?

If what you mean by a "Home Network System" can also be called a NAS device, Yes. I have two installed in my Synology DS218j NAS and they are working wonderfully.
However, if you want your network storage partition to use the full 24TB capacity (it will format to around 21.8 TB), make sure your NAS or home network system can handle partitions that size. My NAS only supports 16TB partitions, so I have to have it divided into a 16TB and an 8TB partition.

Looks almost identical to Seagate 24TB Exos X24 7200 rpm SATA III 6.
I've printed out my invoice (bought 3x of them) and Seagate specs, so in 2xyears nobody will have memory problems with my Warranty.

Absolutely! That's what it is for. Do not use your SSD's. You will shorten their lifespan. I have one of these in all my PC's for recordings and storage

How many physical disks 24GB model contains? How lowd is it?

Not sure how many platters it has if that is what you mean. When it's running it is noisy with my PC on my desk. I can feel it's vibrations through the desk. I use it as my backup drive so it's not always running.
