does this have vega graphics? thought it was just a regular cpu?

It does not have any integrated graphics. CPU's with a "G" at the end do, such as the 3400g, 2200g, etc.

Why is this 4 core CPU selling for so much over it's MSRP?

The entire supply chain is screwed up right now. For example, power supplies aren't being shipped because they can't get enough volume on the freight ships to make it worthwhile, and the weight of an individual PSU makes air shipping cost-prohibitive. Basically every computer component has to go through China and with all the ships being used to move PPE to fight Covid, it's gonna take months for the supply chain to bounce back.

the stock coolers usually have thermal paste pre-applied. Most coolers do too but sometimes people prefer more heat conductive thermal pastes such as thermal grizzly and arctic.
