Hi, your 1st concern with this board is that you HAVE TO GET A CASE THAT WILL ACCOMODATE A BOARD WITH REAR CONNECTORS!!!!!!! Although on-line info said differently, I had to return my case as the board could not mount. So I got a FRACTAL NORTH XL case. 99% of the connections are on the rear and unseen. The case is large with lots of expansion space. I also have intel CPU 9 Core Ultra. But I don't have liquid, so can't speak to that - you might get tech help from the company making the cooler. Good luck!
