does this come with a power cord ?

Comes with a power supply, but they quit working and the driver updates do not keep pace with the problems

If you bought this from IT Wholesalers, was it new or used? Was there a factory seal on the box? I'm awaiting delivery and see that it's being fulfilled from a company called BLINQ which sells used and refurbished versions of this dock.
