Unit appears to be working Fine, has forward modulation like a tube type linear, I'm using small fan on top of it to keep unit cool to last longer. Little larger than expected but ok and nice controls. only for low power radio not over 5 watts input works fine around 200 watts on #4 position with good forward modulation on meter. They have same linear for up to 30 watts input available if needed I did have to turn output on radio down to 1 watt and 10 watts Pep output. It blew fuses with 15watt PEP output working fine after turning output down on radio. I now have 2 KL503HD on order for my base and also my Truck. Everyone I talk with says has good forward modulation and clear voice
