This is a super good cpu all around. I was able to overclock it to 4.5 ghz easily and probably could have gone even farther. (with an aio cooler, I didn't use the included one) From a 2016 macbook pro, this makes a huge difference. Ryzen master software is intuitive and really easy to use.

I upgraded from a 5600x to this 5700x3d. Night and day difference. In most games I got 10-15% higher frame rates. The CPU runs cooler than the 5600x as well. The 5700x3d is advertised as 105w TDP but even under full load of a benchmark I havent seen it go higher than 90w. Im happy.
