Small, well built, fits perfectly, not loose

SOLID USB TYPE-C

- Multiple card formats supported - LED illuminates when there is a memory card in one of the slots - 3 USB 3.0 and 1 USB-C ports on front panel; good current and future compatibility

Extremely fast. I ran some comparisons with the fastest cards I could find between this adapter connected to a USB 3.0 port on my HP Chromebook 14, and the built-in SD slot on the same machine. This adapter was far faster than the internal SD slot (I use the SD card it to store Steam games I run on the Chromebook via Crouton).

Got 85 MB/s compared to the reader junk 🙄 somewhere else which was 7MB/s with the same fast sd card. Yes megabytes not megabits for both.

Does what you expect and does it well and fast! Plugged in the USB-C side to the front panel of my computer with my micro-sd card and was seeing 90mb/sec copying files from it. Options for usb or usb-c connector is just nice!

It's affordable. It works. What more can you ask?

Works as described.

I don't know if it was my new CPU (AMD 64 6000+ Windsor 3.0GHz dual core), but when I inserted my SD card it brought it up in 2 seconds and copied the files even faster! This reader also allowed me to finally say goodbye to floppy disks!

Inexpensive, works well and thin Never a boot or detect issue Has become our favorite

I have a large music library in an Astell & Kern player, and transferring files through USB on the player to the computer is very slow. Taking the SD card out and plugging it into USB 3 port I was backing up the library at 148MB/sec. So much faster at only 20MB/sec.

-Works fine with usb 3 speeds. I use it for copying off video footage in the field.

Seems to get the expected speeds from a 100MB/s micro SD card Inexpensive when purchased on sale
