Turned my gaming experience around 100%

It's bigger than my old monitor. It stands a little taller also which helps it to fit on my desk better than my other one. It also has a holder for my phone on it's stand which is very handy. It has all the settings in one button at the back. It takes a little getting used to, but it's not hard to adjust the settings. It also has eyecare settings to help with eye strain.

This monitor was sold as "Used, Open Box, Refurbished" and when it arrived I unpacked it and whoever had packed the device had worn, perhaps thin cotton gloves, because there was no evidence of fingerprints. The monitor looked to be packaged in its original packaging. All the accessories were present such as the HDMI cable with the protective plastic caps in place. I attached the monitor using an HDMI cable to a Hewlett-Packard Zbook x2 G4. The screen resolution of this laptop is 3840 x 2160. The monitor worked absolutely perfectly. I did not note any failed pixels. I will be using the monitor for Microsoft Excel, Word, browsing the web, Mathematica, watching YouTube videos, perhaps a little amusing stuff from time to time. ASUS is one of my favorite companies. I have used many of their monitors and motherboards over the years. Later I will be attaching this monitor to a far more advanced system running Windows 10 Professional Workstation x64. I will be watching with the passage of time for more of this exact model of monitor so that I can accumulate 3 or 4 of the exact same model.

Multiple ways you can set it up. Have by the monitors where you type with a USB extender. Or place it inside your case for aesthetics. This took some rigmarole to get done.

- Excellent size, approaching the too big point for me and my desk. - Thin bezels. - Controls where you can see them, but not obnoxiously prominent either. - Plenty of connectivity options: HDMI, Display Port, Mini-DP and even DVI-D!!! - Also has a builtin USB hub where I am now connecting my keyboard and mouse and can still connect USB flash drives on the side of the monitor for ease rather than poking the computer itself. - Picture quality is by far the absolute BEST I have ever had of all my monitors!

Budget freindly 100Mhz. Free Sync. Cap your FPS at 100 and leave it alone. ( you can not tell the difference between 100Mhz and 180 Mhz (FPS) "In my day" they said anything over 30 FPS and you're good. Don't buy into all the hype and max FPS sales mumbo jumbo. This monitor is all you need.

I use this monitor for photos editing, colors are good, super résolution, I am using it for two weeks now and it is very good

- Extremely sharp and the color is spot on. My previous monitor was a high-end unit that was professionally color calibrated and this Asus looks even better. - Although the screen size is the same as my previous monitor (24", 16:10), it is physically significantly smaller due to the very thin bezel. - USB 3.0 hub with 4 ports is very handy. - Excellent connectivity (HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA)

Easy Set Up

Totally customizable. Can be used in portrait or landscape. Comes in black or white. Powered by usb. 1 cable less mess. Solid support bracket. Clean clear screen. Pre-made templates. Runs off L-Connect. The rgb led ring around outside of screen can be customized.

Surprised at how clear the text is over FHD, even with the browser scaling at 200%. Assembly was quick and intuitive, no screws. Packed extremely well.

For the price it can't be beat. Using it to expand a laptop screen.
