Had an article pop up about the i5-14500 being on sale on newegg, I was happy with my 12th gen and didn't really think I needed an upgrade. But I was also planning on buying BF6, so when I saw a bundle with both items I couldn't resist! Got a little bump on FPS for most games and I get to play BF6 on launch. Couldn't be happier

easy swap, chinese symbols on it and stuff but works and registers for 4790k

I upgraded from a 5600x to this 5700x3d. Night and day difference. In most games I got 10-15% higher frame rates. The CPU runs cooler than the 5600x as well. The 5700x3d is advertised as 105w TDP but even under full load of a benchmark I havent seen it go higher than 90w. Im happy.

Great chip for the price. I was able to OC it to 5.3 pretty easily. After the OC I'm now GPU bottlenecked with my 1080Ti. I highly recommend this CPU.

Has no problem with daily computing. I seldom have time for games so not the source for that kind of info.

Easy install (clearly) No start up issues. Easy overclocking. Runs smooth. I can Game, Video Edit, Photo Edit, Listen to music, and Render videos at the same time without an issue.

the perfect upgrade with speed and 24 threads to handle all my needs without the massive heat of other cpu's out there.
