What chipset is this?

Without getting into a lengthy explanation, the chipset is on the motherboard, not the processor. If you meant what chipsets are supported / does this processor support, that depends what you are trying to do with it. Personally I bought a board with a Z270 chipset because that is going to be ready for the Intel "optane" memory feature. I would recommend reading up on the new Kaby Lake series processors, motherboards, chipsets etc to see if it even if what you are looking for. Sorry for the long winded answer!

Is this CPU compatible with The Asus SABERTOOTH Z170 S motherboard ?

Yes this motherboard is compatible with this CPU and all Kaby Lake CPU's with a BIOS update from the Asus website. However the BIOS needs to be updated with a Sky Lake CPU such as a Core i7-6700K before the motherboard can boot on an i7-7700K.  Will not work out of the box without the update.

Which motherboard can you pair it with?

There are many motherboards you can pair it with. The important thing is to be sure that it is made for an LGA 1151 processor. This will be listed in the motherboard specifications. Then just decide on an MB that fits your budget.

Will this work with DDR4-3200? ARK says 2133/2400. Are those min specs for RAM?

Depends on the motherboard, but most mobos with 7th gen Core native support are going to support the 3200 natively, or at least in Overclock. Check the motherboard's specs for whichever model you have!

Will this CPU work with windows 7?

I use windows 10, but upon searching the internet while overclocking I have found that this does run with windows 7. It was stated that it runs hot under windows 7 though (around 45C @ Idle state) hope this helps

will this Processor work with my motherboard ASUS X99-DELUXE II LGA 2011-v3 Intel X99 or not because I want to be my own PC that works for me alright let me know?

This processor uses an LGA1151 socket. Your motherboard uses an LGA2011-V3 socket. They are not compatible. Your best bet is to search Intel processors that use the 2011-V3 socket as a starting point. Then confirm with ASUS's website that the processor you choose is compatible with the BIOS on your motherboard. There should be a CPU compatibility chart in the support section of their website.

If the only modification to stock speeds I intend to make is the X.M.P profile in my motherboard's (Asus MAXIMUS VIII GENE) BIOS and I already have a case with good airflow, is a Noctua NH-U9S with two fans in enough to keep this cool?

I'm using a Hyper 213 Evo and it's working fine. Can get a little on the warm side under load, but nothing to worry about. I've an XMP profile loaded, but I have not overclocked the 7700k

Right now i have the i5 7500 cpu that came with the fan cooler. Im wondering if that fan would work with the i7 7700 cpu or would i need to get a better one?

In short, if the fan cooler supports the LGA 1151 socket, then yes it will work with the i7 7700K CPU as it is the same socket as the i5 7500.  However, do note that basic coolers will work with okay with these CPUs, but you if attempt to do any overclocking or heavy CPU utilization like playing high end games, it might be best to spend a little money on a better heat sink or cooler to keep the CPU temps down when the processor is being heavily used.  Currently, I used my i7-7700K to build a gaming PC and for cooling, I am using a generic Dell cooler that works okay and keeps the temperatures cool enough to avoid overheating, but I have been considering getting a better cooler to keep temps at ideal levels when running very graphically intense games.

is the graphics chip Virtual Reality ready?

No. The graphics coprocessor in the i7-7700K (HD Graphics 630) is not powerful enough for virtual reality. You need a discrete graphics card for that. nVidia recommends a GeForce GTX 970 or better for VR.
