was a bit scared for the packing especially since it was advertised as CPU only but to my surprise even though it was a mailbox delivery it was very well packed for safety and no damage or scratches anywhere, as for performance it is doing as one would expected from purchased CPU.

Was a quick and easy upgrade from my existing LGA 1700 socket. Upgraded the bios and then replaced the chip. Everything booted up the first time no issues. Immediate performance boost in benchmarks and game play.

I thought I got the wrong one over the 9800x3d, but this thing is just as fast- and capable of so much more. I did get it on the doorbuster

Tons of cores/threadsIPC gains over Zen 2Can run with Eco mode if I want to set it there, but the Ubuntu CPU Freq. settings default powersave mode runs all cores at 2.2 Ghz, so I can use the app to speed it up anytime I need it.AM4 socket. Swapped out a 3900x for this in about 30 mins.Able to air cool it with a NH-U12S for my application it's working so far.Great for a Home lab. Currently running 16 VMs on it and will be adding more.
