As others said, solid 1.2v 3200 cl 22 memory. Crucial is a solid line, owned by Micron, who actually makes chips -- often they sell at a very good price, probably because they own the factory. Nice and confidence inspiring. Lifetime warranty.

Nice looks and great that if the RAM does not pick up by the board, the RAM LED's will not light. So more then just looks.

Came with a case sticker (I'd give it an extra egg/star for that) 5600Mhz, (I think) and 2*16gb for $90.

Memory arrived undamaged and worked great. Price was reasonable due to current conditions with CPU memory and SSD costs during this time. Very pleased with the purchase.
