Product works great came across the US. Box upon arrival was a little banged up so was nervous how the inside would be. Packaging team did a great job securing the contents and everything was in great shape and runs great. Only had to push in one fan wire.

- Fast machine - Works for anything I've asked it to do so far (some AAA games, some video editing) -The case is even built so I could put a new HDD in immediately - works flawlessly - Originally came with the fan that should have been attached to the heat sink floating loose in the case. I had to ship it back, which took like a week, but then newegg sent a brand new machine very quickly. It was as painless as it could be.

- Cheap price for decent hardware, other similar priced desktops were cheap parts. - arrived on time - setup easy - gaming in 20 minutes.

I never expected it to be such high quality the case the keyboard and mouse and the motherboard are all above what I expected. The CPU is very fast about what I expected but still super nice. And the GPU is twice the upgrade I thought it was, going front duel 2080 supers nvlinked. To a single 5080 and my performance was incredibly I went from 30FPS in 1440p Witcher 3 maxed out to 120FPS in 4k the 5080 is stable and very powerful

After you unpack everything (it is very well packed) plug it in a go. Extremely easy setup. Once it's running, you set up your windows account and you're good to go. Also, IT IS FAST and quiet. I would highly recommend this computer.

Amazing customer service from newegg, great pc especially for the price

Packaged well, plug and play, PC stomps, nothing wrong with it. 5/5 stars. It exceeded my expectations by a mile. Skytech was very professional with making sure they tested everything and left the results on the desktop for me to view. Great performance, great cooling, everything is to par.

The PC came packaged very nicely, with a folder containing the warranty and pre-shipment checklist. The PC itself came in a nice dust bag like the fancy purses that my wife buys... not that the dust bag will ever go back on. There was some alienish foam packaging thing in the PC tower itself that prevented the graphics card and CPU cooler components to shift around. An added bonus was that the PC came with a pretty decent keyboard and mouse already which is enough to hold my wife off until her *pretty, pink mechanical keyboard and mouse* come in. There was no bloatware on the PC, but it did come with 2 different RGB software for controlling the RGB lights. One of them came with the motherboard itself so I just used that one. The wife, naturally, loved the PC even more after the RGB was changed to pink lol. The case looks to be a rebranded Gamdias SK-ATHENA M6 which has plenty of room for an AIO upgrade in the future, but with the current specs vs the type of usage my wife will have on it, that upgrade is far from now.

Shipping was great, arrived safe and sound, packed well. I was surprised it was shipped in the actual box showing what was inside, which if in the wrong neighborhood could be bad for the customer. Shipping paper is a good alternative to "hide" the product inside. But it made it safely and that's what matters. Got it all hooked up and tried to start the computer I got a message saying "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation." Knowing nothing of computers I was frazzled as all the reviews had stated it was plug in and go. To make it short, I contacted customer support at both Newegg and Stormcraft. Thankfully the other reviews of customer service were correct. Amazing support from Mike at Stormcraft and he guided me through the installation of everything (too many installs to name them all). Was tough for someone who knows nothing about computers, but his guidance was great, on the second call he stayed on the phone with me and talked me though step by step. I also spoke with a gentleman from Newegg customer support Brandon I believe who was also extremely helpful. Took a few days to get everything up and running but once all set up and going the computer has been great! Was a hassle but am still super happy with my purchase and still give 5 eggies. Pro's - Nice looking tower, very neat and tidy inside. Love the lights (I kept the rainbow colors) Super quiet, don't hear a peep but a soft hum. A++ on customer support Packed well.
