Didn't blow up in delivery or in laptop.

Having purchase a 10 port Wavlink's USB 3.0 port hub in the past, which I have been completely satisfied with, I began to research if they made a USB-C docking station for my father's new Dell XPS 15 laptop. I compared a few different brands, but ultimately decided that for the price, it's hard to beat this Wavlink USB-C docking station/hub. It has an incredible number of ports: 12 individual ports. More than most people will ever utilize! Here is a brief summary that I wrote up of all ports: 1. USB-C Power Delivery Port - Can ONLY be used for Power (not for USB-C input). Offers power delivery up to 100W with an external charger. 2. DisplayPort v1.2a (4K @ 30hz) 3. HDMI v1.4b (4K @ 30hz) 4. VGA port (2K @ 60hz) 5. USB 2.0 6. USB 2.0 7. USB 3.0 8. USB 3.0 9. RJ45 Ethernet Port (Gigabit Connection) 10. SD card reader 11. Micro SD/TransFlash (TF) card reader 12. 3.5mm Audio Jack (for Headphones/Speakers) What has been impressive is that this unit stays very cool, which is very important for someone like me, who uses this docking station near other devices that dissipate heat. I have used this to run two monitors which is excellent.

This RIITOP works exactly as described. Good, solid, well-made feel, cable connectors feel solid. Usb-c connection works great. Access to the m.2 was excellent, performance was great. For the price, this thing meets the quality bar.

Works great and is fast.

It does the job, better than anything else short of a leaf blower.

- Actual Dell OEM batts with the correct Korean cells - Comes with battery harness (Not so OEM looking)

I'm an IT Security Professional. The Plugable Thunderbolt 4 docking station resolved my disconnection issues. My previous docking station was HP Thunderbolt Dock 1203 G2 was causing random connectivity issues where I would lose ethernet connectivity.

- Build feels very sturdy and solid - Connectors are very secure and so far all ports work for my uses
