Very clean look, easy to install drivers (its automatic through gigabyte control center after you install windows and first login), was compatible with ddr5 6400 and came updated ready to use the new 9000 series cpus without having to manually update the bios. I couldnt ask for more
I built a mini itx system for the living room in the corsair 2000d case. This board was not my first choice because of its price but the first board I bought was the Asrock a620i lightning and it would not post so I had to return it. I bit the bullet and grabbed this asus board and am happy I did. Booted right up, expo worked perfectly with my Gskill ram (30cl 6000mtps). I had heard of people having issues with the wifi on this board but mine is performing excellent. I have gigabit ethernet and am getting 500mbps on wifi from about 30ft away from my router. This board was a little overkill for what I needed but it is a quality board that I have had no issues out of so far.
-Came as scheduled -Bios did not need updating -Clear labels on PCB for easy building -WiFi worked out of the box -Cleanest bios I've ever seen

- Strong 14+2+1 power delivery, more than enough for any cpu on the market. - Excellent Cooling: Large VRM heatsinks, low vrm temps even under heavy cpu load. - Supports Ryzen 9000 processors and PCIe 5.0 out of the box without requiring bios update. - Plenty of USB ports. - Supports wifi 7.
Bought this MB with a Raptor Lake i5 to replace my old Asus Zxx MB and Kaby Lake i7 that were not capable of upgrading to Windows 11. Reused my old CM PS, CM Heatsink, Nvidia card and even my old 16GB of PC4 RAM. Booted-up and it automatically booted Windows 10 from my old SSD. I was then able to "Upgrade" to Windows 11 (rather than having to buy a new copy) and it has worked perfectly. When I first started doing builds 30 years ago, if you changed the CPU, MB or HD, you had to start all over. Not this time. Don't know why?
1. The Biggest pro that I couldn't find with any other MOBO Manufacturer was the 2nd x16 slot runs at PCIE 4 x 4 from the chipset! This means that when using SSD's at PCIE x5 doesn't disable it! Read below to see why this is important. 2. It's a very well built and feature rich board! Save $200 from buying the HERO and get this! The HERO's extra PCIE x16 lane also is disabled when using SSD's. 3. ASUS Hit The Ball OUT of the Park on this one! Worth the Money 4. No issues with drivers and just use BIOS Flash Back USB when installing an X3D processor.
9800x3d, 9070xt, trident neo 64gb ddr6000. 9100 pro and 990 pro ssd. corsair titan AIO and corsair shift 1000 psu. Was very easy to setup. Worked on 1st boot, only had to change RAM to expo. Runs cool. about avg 50c under load on sdd slot and CPU. Looks pretty, did an all white build. (is a little more silver than white, but once was in it really compliments everything) plenty of USB ports, (i did avoid the USB 4 so than the SSD slot runs at gen 5, but there is so many you shouldn't have an issue plugging in all your devices) BIOS flash to latest version was easy.
- nice white color - working stable so far with white teamgroup ram @ 6000MHz cl30 expo 1 in bios - nice build quality - good bang for your buck - nice heatsinks and backplate - plenty of usb
I still have more testing to do but so far it has been a nice upgrade
Has everything needed for upgrade to windows 11 to be worth it since board features are mainly win 11 only. At first was just booting but not loading anything, turns out i needed to push both sides of ram down and put them in A2 and B2 slot. Got DDR5 6000 was worried cause intel i7 14700kf said 5600 max supported but the xmp for it to worked out and ram runs great with it. Also was worried was doing to much man handling of board cause i installed it then pulled it back out then back in. Anywho though just needed seat the ram snug down in dimm. Everything bought for it works great thank you
Good looking motherboard Great BIOS UI
Fast boot, great build quality, good bios.
