This desk was easy to put together and it had 4 potential configurations (L on left or right, shelf on L or main desk) I got the black carbon fiber, it feels solid and looks great. The LCD strip gives it just a touch of style. There's a variety of color options and cycling options. The mini shelf is nice enough. It's not mandatory and if you don't want it the desk would look great anyway. The headphones hook is a nice bonus.
