Excellent solid hardware (2.5GB LAN, M.2 Storage for cashing, I/O Ports) at a great price. Installation of hardware (drives, etc.) done well. UGREEN NAS app make it simple and quick to get the unit up and running.

Works as expected

Decent price for the hardware, sleek design, upgradable RAM, software updates are frequent, drive bays are solid, can control fan speed for the CPU

I bought this one to replace another that has seen better days,, and it was as easy as to just insert the old disks and turn it on.... it recognize the disk as synology drives and reconfigure itself.. no problem at all

much quicker nas than my ds223 have the option to have a warm spare quiet

-Very efficient -Sleek -Quiet -Powerful

Basically, I like the unit and once installed it seems to do everyting that I intended. I would recommend this for someone to purchase if they want a RAID backplane.

Good Interface, stable product, great price, good online Video training, easy to setup for basic functions, easy to link to vie home network, TV connections. Quite and good power management.

Easy to set-up Easy to be used by any devices Easily support 6 users ( 4 iphones + 2 android + 5 window laptop + 2 macosx + 2 fire tv) backup and streaming)

As of DSM 7.3 you can now use any name brand drive again. I tested with my old 4 TB Seagate Red drives and no issues.

- The device arrived very well packaged and no parts were missing. - Installation of the 3.5" disk drives was a 'snap' (literally) using the included mounting hardware. - When running, with 3 bays populated, the noise was less than I was expecting which was a pleasant surprise. - The installation of the TOS software was simplified by a well presented set of instructions on the TerraMaster web site. I chose to go with the default configuration and after the disks were initialized and synchronized the system was up and running smoothly. - I had no problems accessing the storage from any of my computers.

Easy to set up. Most was very self explanatory. I wish I had previous knowledge of different RAID structures before I started. Fortuantly I chose one I can change without loosing data. One of the 8 TB Drives I purchased with the NAS would not spin up and is being replaced. I was going to use it for redunancy but Im starting to think I should just pick up two more and load the bays.
