easy to install and has front hdaudio plug so I didn't loose my front audio jack

Have always been a fan of Creative's sound card line up since the days of Win 98. This card is no exception... it was easy to set up, and even gives my Creative 7.1 surround headphones a run for their money, compared to it's own 7.1 USB sound device. I have them paired with a sound bar; easily switches between the two with little to no recognizable sound differences at lower volumes.

Sound Quality Build Quality Portable

I brought this because my mother board sound card was dying and was unable to install an internal card due to my graphics card being mounted vertically in my case preventing access to the card slots. This little device was easy to connect and use having noticeably better sound quality than the original mother board audio before it developed issues.

Easy to Install Quality of sound is amazing Software to control is not overly confusing, and you can just switch to direct audio.

It sounds like I am in the movie theater and it's not RGB.

Plug and play, super easy, amazing sound and it installs itself!

The card is easily installed

My aging Sennheiser PC363D had a very serviceable USB surround sound dongle, but that broke down. The integrated audio on my PC was an awful downgrade. This sound card is a game changer. I especially enjoy the various settings such as cinema and gaming. I also purchased Dolby Atmos on top of this great setup for even better immersion. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied!

- Powerful software with game specific settings

Comes with low profile bracket. Sound is great compared to onboard sound component.

Great value

Motherboard sounds chips are such low quality! I Remember the good old days when Sound Cards were something we all wanted and for good reason No POP sounds when we boot up no crackling and hissing. The software to control this DAC also makes it possible to switch between my amp and speaker and a pair of headphones with a click of a button no reboot required any more due to sound stuck in one mode. One of the best features though is the volume nob that also has a mute option build in.

This device has the capacity to solve many issues, and seems to work fine, except on Smart Televisions from an variety of Developers... -If you recall the mayhem of the 80211 Router Bus Fiasco back in the early 1990's; -an HP Engineer oversight which is considered to be the source of most 1990-2005 Hacking Activity involving Route-Print Roulette, for example, you probably understand the dilemma. Unfortunately, what likely works great on standard digital televisions is not an available service on Visio UHD 4-K models under 55 inches, and the discontinuation of headphone jack availability is much like the need to amplify the headphone jack signal in virtually every brand of hi-fi device, leading to another category of technological wall-warts.

-Amazing sound quality -Stylish on you desktop. -Scout mode is so nice in games like Fortnite, Apex.

Right out of the box it has been working just fine for me. Clear audio highs and lows. I'm using it via optical and it works perfectly. The small form factor was nice as well. More breathing room for my GPU.
