Easy to setup (less than 2mins) Light weight and easy to use
- The 900-degree operating range is a must for truck driving sims (as I read), allowing 1.25 full turns of the wheel to achieve desired in-game result. - Wheel, though a bit small in size for my tastes, has nice quality leatherbound grip; silver band at the 12 oclock position gives you an immediate reference point. - The smell of leather is intoxicating. - Buttons are within easy reach via thumb and are bound to whatever action a game allows/needs; about a dozen or so overall and largely mimicking that of a standard Xbox controller. - Plastic clamps have not done any damage to the finish of my expensive Uplift Desk and holds this relatively heavy toy in place quite well (this thing doesn't move at all). - Customizability through the available Logitech software is pretty good, coupled with the customizability offered by the game your using this with and the spectrum for finding the sweet spot is pretty broad. - Seems to be of durable, sturdy quality - hope it can last at least three to five years.

This Hotas is well worth the $45 or so it cost. Perfect for Elite Dangerous and can be well utilized for war thunder and other flight simulators. The stick can be adjusted for more or less resistance and the amount of buttons and added functions allow you to practically use it mostly without the use of the keyboard to an extent.

The experience of gripping these things in your hands is mind-blowingly amazing. Both the stick and throttle are both incredibly solid, heavy and smooth. I am not a hardcore simulation player but in the games I've used this setup in like Elite Dangerous and Star Citizen AC 1.0, the Thrustmaster Warthog is pure joy to use.
