Much more realistic than I was expecting for an entry level setup. The leather steering wheel is nicer than what I've got in my 1990 miata.

This is identical to my old Thrustmaster Top Gun Afterburner HOTAS with a few updates. It has PS3 and PC support, a few more buttons and programmable features and black not sliver. To all of you that might be on the fence about buying this,.. My old model was purchased by my older brother in about 2003 and handed down to me a few years later. I used it for about 6 years and used it pretty regularly. Then I handed it down to my younger brother. It still works!! Now with the Star Citizen Dog Fighting Module coming out very soon, I needed a new one. I really cant afford $150+ dollars and since I had such good luck with my old one I couldn't not buy this.

As close as you'll get to the actual stick and throttle of an A-10C without stealing one or joining the USAF. Every exterior surface is metal except some of the switch "hats". The weight of each piece means that it stays planted where you place it. The look, feel, and precision of the unit is exemplary. For example, the joystick precision is such that in normal flight, I rarely move it more than 1/4" to make minor flight corrections. The TARGET software allows you to layer switch functions (if you wish) so that you can have so many combinations that you will need a cheat sheet. Documentation is good, and packaging is excellent.
