I own the GS105 v2 I've had this running for over 4 years straight till I needed more ports and got the GS108. Had this put away and then set it up in another location that needed 3 ports. Noticed that it was randomly power cycling which it never did before and only negotiating to 100mbit. Unplugged, swapped ports and it was taking a while to negotiate or continuously cycle the lights. Changed power supply and it fired right up, negotiated instantly at GBit on all ports. Not the first time I've had electronics exceed their power supplies life. Swap the power supply if you are experiencing these issues and watch the speeds live on.
