Never need to buy another case
Pros: What a greet case, what can I say. It has been through slot since 2008. Started with e8400 liquid cooled wi a 9800 GTX and then 3 graphics cards 2 motherboards and 2 CPUs later. It has a 2500k with sli GTX 560 ti's. It has been the backbone to my buiLds for the past 3-4 years, and I upgrade alot. The only other thing I would put on the same level as this is the corsair tx 750 I bought at the sane time, still running from a single 8800gt to sly 560 ti's amazing. Best airflow I am sure of it.*. I Don't think I will get rid of it. Not until a revision with usb 4.0 or something in the distant future.
Cons: None really, other than not having s full window instead of this half window half mesh malarchy.
Overall Review: I have tried to bring myself to upgrade but there are just too many good things about the 1200. With 2 optional adapters and high airflow fans my 560's stay super cool.
Fix for Artifacting
Pros: I too had the same Artifacting problems after about 4 months. I thought it was just because I was running it at 1000mhz + on a regular basis. So I was worried I fried the card. Installing other drivers did nothing, reseating did nothing, but a simple switch to the other dvi port solved my problem. I now have 2 of these cards running in sli and no problems since.
Overall Review: I have moved it back to the Lego al dvi port after a few days and it works fine again. Not sure it's a permanent fix. Also uninstalling all the nvidia drivers from add remove programs seems to remedy the problem as well.
GTX 560 OC
Pros: 1. Very Fast for the price, I have 2 In SLI pretty amazing performance at 1920x1200 2. Extremely cool, only other card that rivals this is the Asus Direct CUII and it's just ugly in comparison. 3. Very high OC capability with overvoltage function and native support with MSI Aftertburner
Cons: Mini HDMI is in a bad spot, almost every case on the market blocks part of the port. It's really a shame, although with a little effort you can force it in. It's not pretty though.
Overall Review: If you buy this NON OC GTX 560Ti they send you the OC one anyways. I got 2 this way, saves you 10 dollars if you wanted the OC version. This is my 4th MSI product after a p67 Motherboard and and another GTX560. The first product is a MSI GX730 Laptop, the worst purchase of mine to date. Upgraded from a single Gtx 260, talk about wow.
Antec has amazing customer service
Pros: I was rebuilding my 2 year old Antec 1200 with a MSI GD-65 and a i5 2500K, and I decided that I wanted to do GTX 560 SLI. I bought a Thermaltake Frio for the CPU. I thought to my self I need another in case fan bracket to cool this beast. I just hit up Antec customer service and they sent me another case fan bracket so i could have my upper and middle fans tunnels! I was so surprised they didn't even care, I didn't even bother to lie and tell them I didn't get one. So I have 2 fans inside and that's amazing.
Overall Review: Big ups Antec
Pros: Lots of room! Deep case means everything fits just fine. The bottom location of the power supply is nice. COOL. Get GPU frosty with stock cooling. Very Sleek and modern with no side window.
Cons: Doesn't come with extra fans like the antec 900? Had to break one of the hard drive slots to remove one of my hard drive, my fault though, although awkward design I suppose.
Overall Review: e8400, evga 780i, SLI 9800GTX's, Corsiar TX750 Power Supply, Corsair ddr2 800, Zalman 9500, and 150 Raptor...FAST AS HELL
