Pros: very nice recovery system as it has automatic recovery points. it was nice to find out that you can reinstall without buying a new product key if needed on major problems.

Pros: Hidev had good tech support when needed. Product still runs fast after almost a year ownership. Runs game well if power is plugged in by default because of power consumption management system. Rdr ran well.

Cons: Came in with 500gb ssd instead of the 1tb ssd upgrade. Had to contact to get it replaced. First replacement was a bad ssd. Second replacement was then good.

Overall Review: I would make future purchase from hidev because they were willing to fix what was wrong.
