Q: Can you sli with this gpu?

No SLI capable what I read somewhere here in a post, but I'm loving this card!!! Tomb Raider 2013 smokes in frame rate with this card! Blows out my PS4 and XBOX ONE graphic and gameplay wise! ...with windows games I play them with my XBOX 360 controller with wireless PC usb adapter.

Q: does this video card need a power supply i think all my computer puts out is 300 watt so wanna make sure?

You will need a 6 pin pci e output from your psu. It takes very little power though, the target power consumption is set at 38.5W. If you add up your consumption from hard drive(s), cpu, mother board + around 50W (to be safe) and your under 300 you should be good, but 300W is pretty low. If you head over to pcpartspicker dot com (sorry newegg, I know you don't like links...) input your rig and psu + this card, it will tell you the wattage, and whether you will be able to power it. If your psu doesn't have another 6 pin pci e output, check out the msi cards, they draw all power from the mother board, no 6 pin output necessary.

Q: I am interested in upgrading me GPU from my old 560ti. Was looking at this one. I just don't know if my board would be compatible with it? It doesn't have pcie 3.0 slots. but i heard somewhere that the new cards should be backward compatible. I just wanted to ask on here first. This should work just fine. It is correct that these cards are backwards compatible and will work in the 2.0 slots. I just bought this card and use a similar motherboard and it's been a great purchase. I hope this helps.

If I am understanding you correctly, I think you are talking about the double 4-pin molex to 6 pin adaptor that came with the card. If your power supply doesn't have a 6 pin pci-e plug you can use said adaptor. Just plug the 6-pin end into the card and power the two molex plugs from your power supply like you would anything else that requires molex power. So, in a nutshell, yes. The adaptor is an alternate way to power the card if you have an older power supply.

I can't answer the question you have asked but I will say ive tested it with Skyrim which has almost 100 mods installed, Bioshock Infinite as it is the newest game I own, and the Sims 3 I will say stock Ultra for skyrim, completely maxed for Bioshock and Sims maxed out as much as possible. I feel Skyrim and Sims are demanding enough to gpu wise to say that it should be able to play BF4 at the very least high settings no problem and I haven't played WoW in 10 years so I couldn't help you there. P.S. This is more of a warning if your motherboard shares pci lane bandwidth NVidia driver might crash your computer a lot I ran into that problem had to take apart my personal rig just to have 2 game worth computers. Again I know I couldn't answer your question directly but I do hope this information can help you even if it is minimal.

EVGA recommends a 400 Watt power supply with at least 20 A on the 12 V rail. My old Dell XPS 8300 OEM power supply is rated at 430 Watts, but only 18 A on the rail yet the card ran just fine. Typically GPU manufacturers will overstate the power needed as a way to safe guard against those with cheaper, less efficient (read: OEM) PSUs. But I believe you'll be just fine. But if a power supply is in your budget, get a good quality one that will suit your future needs as well if you ever decide to SLI two cards or add more power hungry upgrades. Best of luck to you!

No it is not, nvidia didn't make the card's with SLI stating there wasn't enough feedback to warrant that feature on there 750 line. When the new 800 series comes out this year hopefully the eventually 850 will have SLI on it.

Yup, I use the DisplayPort and DVI for dual monitors. It defaults to the DVI on boot, even tho my 'main' monitor is the displayport, however when windows boots it switches around when it loads the settings.

So i am going to upgrade my computer for gaming and i was wondering if this set up would work i have a stock HP (P7-1225) so the first thing i think i am going to get is a EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti FTW with EVGA ACX Cooler but my concern is if it would work with a AAHD-HY (holly) (motherboard), and an internal 300w (100v-240V) power supply?

These cards are designed for GPU upgrades to average PCs in mind. Thus, they are designed to draw <75W (the 750Ti is actually <60W). A 300W power supply should be sufficient. In order to work, you need a PCIe 16x slot and a 6-pin PCIe power connector. The GPU does come with a dual-molex to PCIe converter cable. Please note that without the 6pin PCIe power connector, this card will not work. Also, this card does not support SLI, so only one will work in your system.

As for display outputs, there is a DVI to VGA adaptor. So between the DisplayPort and HDMI outputs you should be covered.

The 750Ti is easily the best card in this category and good for up to 1080P gaming. This specific card is as good as it gets and highly recommended. Just make sure you have the 16x PCIe slot, the correct power plug/adaptor, the correct monitor interface, and decent airflow in your case.
