Can the front panel be reversed so that the power button and usb ports are near the top of the case?

Unfortunately, no. The USB ports and power buttons are built into the case itself; the front cover is just that and just covers the connections. You could potentially flip the entire case, but thermally, that would probably be less than ideal.

Is this case easy to build in?

Less than an hour to put together a build. Cable management can be tight.

Does this case have room for SSD storage?

Yes, this case supports SSD storage with 4 internal 2.5" drive bays.

Will this fit larger graphics cards, such as the 30 series?

I got the MSI RTX 3060 Ventus 3X 12G OC GeForce RTX 3060 12GB 12 GB Video Card, it fit fine, just a little wiggle, but still good. No need to bring extra tools for that graphics card.
