Fan RGB build question

Maybe someone can help me without picture or I can always open the case and try to take pictures.

Here’s the setup

asus tuf gaming gt501 white edition case
Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360 Illusion
gigabyte x870e aorus elite

I can get the fans running on the case and with the cpu fans. I cannot seem to get the rgb to work except the front three fans on the case, however the front three I can’t work the colors at all. There is specific software. The case uses asus aura sync and the cpu cooler has cooler master software. My mobo has rgb headers so im assuming i dont need to use any controllers. Both software programs aren’t detecting any of the fans. I can provide pictures if needed, however i wanted to ask if anyone has suggestions based off the given information?

Just curious, are your RGB cables daisy chained from fan to fan, or are they all running separately? Sometimes the fans get power but no lighting control if the RGB isn’t routed right.

Also, if you get a chance, maybe you could post a few pics of where the RGB connectors are plugged in (both on the fans and the motherboard), that might help spot if anything’s in the wrong header. Also sometimes there are settings in your BIOS that can interfere with your argb headers. Nice build btw!
