Just finished adding last piece (for the moment…) on my build.
Asus Prime gaming wifi7 motherboard. Intel I9 14900k. Updated microcode on bios, and so far no problems. hopefully it stays that way. 64gigs of kingston fury beast 6000mt/s cl30 ram. Luckily purchased at low price before this ramagetton. Samsung 1 terabyte for my os and 4 terabytes for my games. Gigabyte rtx 5080.
I was able to source parts from different sites used. Luckily everything works fine. Purchased my gpu from here at a great price considering prices at the time. VERY VERY happy with it. Especially on BF6
Wow, that looks great!
Very nice job on your first build, and congratulations!
Sounds (and looks) like you have an awesome gaming rig.
Can you tell me or link what cooler you used and also the display screen near your video card?
Is the effect that is playing on your cooler something you added custom or is it something that is part of the coolers software?
I really like the colors and the overall vibe!
Heloo. The aio i used is the ID-COOLING SL360. With the aio you can mod it to your own preferences. I surfed to find a gif i liked for it. Used youtube to learn how to download and install using the coolers software. Same goes for the 5inch display to learn how to download and install. The display is a WOWNOVA 5" Computer Temp Monitor. FYI and full disclosure both used google drive to download the software where both companys put thier software. Its all online… lol. I was iffy about downloading from google drive but had no problems in regards to spyware or viruses. They both can be found on amazon but i didnt purchase from there. Where i live we have auction sites online and go in person so i saved ALOT on my build. Only thing i purchased new is my gpu. Rest was on ebay and intown auction. Basically paid a third of price of full system. Thanks for the like and comment. Dont really have any1 to speak about computers except the IT guy at work. Its nice to find a site where we can “boast” on our builds. Good luck and have fun!!
It took some time to get everything together. Sold my laptop in February of this year when i decided i wanted a desktop. Used that to start researching parts for my build. I set a goal for end of year to have my dream build. A present for myself… lol.
Appreciate it. Im hitting a lil above 250 fps on ulta settings. Between 60c-67c on cpu about same on gpu temps. No stuttering nor hold ups. And im using 240hz ultrawide monitor so it holds up pretty good
Honestly i bought it at auction here in the town where i live at. Ive seen some there the last couple of days. Unfortunately they dont ship out. Here you have to pick up in person. Probably best bet would be amazon or newegg.
Thats the same one i have. Mine was ALOT less than the prices..
when you play on a screen like that, dose it stretch to the entire length or is it in some sort of letter box format? Or do you run like three screens on one screen? That thing is crazy!
