My freind has one of those and he says it’s a pretty good card, but he has the PNY one. He also says it is a huge upgrade from his 8gb RX 6600.

I don’t think there is much of a difference besides asthetics.
Yes, as @BNR33 said, the brand doesn’t really matter. Just make sure that your gpu won’t be bottlenecked by your cpu
