So i upgraded my pc a lil while back and now i have extra parts i have a 3050 and a 750w bronzs what cpu and mobo shold i get for cheap
To be clear, you upgraded your PC and now you have an RTX 3050 graphics card and 750W power supply as spare parts. You’re wanting to build a whole secondary PC around those two pieces. You’re going to need six additional parts:
- CPU
- Motherboard
- RAM
- SSD
- Case
- Cooler
Are you prepared financially to buy RAM and an SSD?
A basic Socket AM4 combo would do well with an RTX 3050. What purpose would the build serve for you?
I have a case too i nned a cpu mobo ram ssd cooler
Hey what’s your budget? Once I have that I can make a part list for you. Here’s a couple of AM4 combos to give you idea

What purpose would the build serve for you?
Are you trying to build a dedicated Minecraft server? Something for personal use? A streaming box? Or just wanting to build something in order to “flip” a PC build?
Based on the current RAM and SSD prices, if your goal is to flip and make money, you’re almost certainly better off just selling your used GPU and power supply individually.
To flip it or to have a 2 gamein rig
You have 3 of the 8 required parts to make a gaming PC. Two of the ones you don’t have yet are the most expensive (RAM and SSD) given the current market. Determine if you’re trying to actually have a second gaming rig, that’s the only way this project would make sense. Otherwise, if it’s for a flip, you’ll make less money building an entire PC than you would just selling the couple of parts you have now.
