Here are a few decent options at that price level. If you don’t mind me asking what kind of games are you planning on playing because while these PCs are decent value options they may struggle with more demanding games. Depending on what you playing you may want to build because you can get slightly more bang for your buck, like Kegun is suggesting.
The first option u gave me really caught my eye i really dont want too spent a bit more a little more preformance i have 3 option in mind the last option i dont think really dont want it because of the 8 gig of vram so i really need ur opinion of which is better 5060 or intel arc

That first RTX 5060 system is only 8GB of VRAM as well. Unfortunately, at this price point that’s what you’re going to run into most of the time unless you go with an Intel Arc card.
The Arc B570 gives you 10GB of VRAM, and from what I’ve heard Intel’s drivers have improved quite a bit over the last year. Personally, I’ve always tended to stick with Nvidia or AMD, but Arc is definitely more viable today than it was at launch.
Just for fair warning, if your goal is to play the newest AAA games exactly the way you see them running in YouTube benchmark videos, a $900-$1,000 prebuilt is going to have some limitations. You may need to lower settings, use upscaling technologies like DLSS/XeSS, or turn down ray tracing in some newer titles.
For Fortnite, FIFA, Rocket League, Call of Duty, and most popular multiplayer games, these systems should do just fine.
The biggest decision really comes down to whether you want the extra VRAM of the Arc B580 or the more established driver support and game compatibility of the RTX 5060.
