I have an ABS Aquilon and I am having link issues with my Oculus. I have replaced the cable and did a soft reset on all my equipment with no luck. Anyone have something similar?
I don’t use VR myself, so take this as a troubleshooting checklist rather than a definite fix. Since you already replaced the cable, I’d try a different USB 3 port directly on the rear motherboard I/O—not a front-panel port, hub, or adapter. Also make sure it is actually a USB 3 data cable; some USB-C cables only charge or run at USB 2 speeds.
Update the Meta Horizon Link software, the headset, Windows, the GPU driver, and the motherboard chipset/USB drivers. In the Meta PC app, remove the headset and add it again. Also try disabling Air Link on the headset while testing the cable, since Meta recommends toggling it when connection detection gets confused.
If possible, test the headset and cable on another PC, or try Air Link temporarily. That would help narrow it down to the headset, the USB connection, or the ABS computer.
It would also help if you posted the exact Oculus/Quest model, the ABS Aquilon specs, which USB port you’re using, and exactly what happens when you connect it—no detection, repeated disconnects, error message, black screen, etc.
