Yes, the 5080 should draw around 360W, if you do not trust my information, I suggest checking the internet.

Good job on the build! The only thing is that in the list of components that you gave you called the CPU a GPU and the GPU a CPU, and as someone pointed out before you said you had a msi gpu even though the gpu in your system is a pny one
