Out of the ones I looked at, this one seems like the best fit for what you’re asking.
It’s going to land just over $1000 once tax is added, so it is a little above your target, but the cheaper options all had bigger compromises. A lot of them had weaker GPUs like an RTX 3050, RX 7600, or Intel Arc cards, which I would not pick first for a simple “plug it in and play” gaming PC.
This one has an i5-12600KF, RTX 5060, 16GB RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD, which should do you nicely if you’re talking about GTA V / GTA Online. It should run GTA V very well, including 4K high/ultra settings.
If you meant GTA 6 at 4K ultra, that’s a different story. We don’t know the PC requirements yet, so no one can honestly promise that. But for GTA V, this is a much better choice than saving a little money and ending up with a weaker GPU.
So yes, this one should do what you want, but expect it to be just over your budget after tax.
