Search

This is self-explanatory. Type in the name of what you want and the product shows up. Search also appears when you navigate to the category page so you can just search for say, Netflix under TV’s.

Navigate

Navigate

Maybe you want to see all the products under a category like digital cameras or just a certain size of SSD drive. You can use these navigation tools on the left hand side to filter out results.

Sort By

Sort

Once you landed on a category you can sort it by price, ratings or reviews depending on what you’re looking for in a product.

Sold By

This is pretty simple way to show only Newegg items versus marketplace items.

Price Alert

We all have our spending limits. This feature allows you to name a price, or let’s say free shipping, that’s holding you back from buying this item. When it hits that price you’ll receive an email. This takes all the work out of checking prices each day to keep track just like we do the stock market.

Wish Lists

Wish lists help you keep track of the parts you need. You can even make them public so that other people can comment on your list. This is a good way to find out if items are compatible, or to get better suggestions.

Reviews

Reviews

Reviews are great when you have to make tough choices. Whether you need instant information about compatibility or simply need to know how good or bad a product is, Newegg reviews are the way to go.

Finders

We have a variety of product finders Newegg, from batteries to HDTV to PSU. If you’re not sure what you need, these are helpful in finding the right product the first time.

The Newegg Blog

Hey if you’re reading this then you’ve already found the blog, so awesome. The blog is filled with helpful stories about products, people and events that have an impact on the tech sphere.

Q&A (Question and Answer)

Questions and Answers

This section lives on the individual product page so you can ask those questions that really matter before purchasing. Users who own the product will respond and let you know what’s up. For anything related to warranty or availability just select the customer service option, or call customer service directly.

Having the right tools makes getting to what you want faster. These are some of my favorite tools on Newegg, but if we missed any that you like let us know in the comments below.
