Here at Newegg we are no stranger to winning awards and the awards we win for customer experience are the ones of which we’re most proud. This prestigious award not only recognizes our great customer service but also every aspect of the customer experience: ease of website use, ordering, shipping, and, if necessary, help resolving problems with customer service.

Newegg received Best-in-Class CX for US Digital-Only Retailers for 2015.

What’s the Competition Like for This Award?

Forrester’s CX Index compares over 9,000 brands from all over the world. These include online retailers and just about everyone from auto manufacturers to wireless service providers. They rank them based on how customers experience using them. Newegg earned 9th place overall.

What Does CX Stand for?

CX stands for Customer eXperience. While people might feel this is just about customer service, it actually covers the complete company profile from the website experience, to working with agents to resolving issues. While many companies are called out for their bad experiences, Newegg continues to strive to be the best.

How Did Newegg Rank?

Newegg ranked 9th out of the top 15 businesses and out of 9000 businesses overall, which puts us in the top 1% of companies.
