Yes, a stock one. It's good and quiet enough if you don't plan to overclock. The thermal paste is pre-applied. Again, if you don't overclock, this is good enough as well.

Does the fan come with this - if not can you recommend one?

The stock fan is included and works fine for most, including me. I had to reroute the fan cable a little, which was initially rubbing against the fan blades making a loud buzzing noise. If you plan on extreme over clocking you will want to read up on other cooling options.

Accepted Answer

Fan and Heatsink are included. Almost all retail packaged CPUs include a stock Fan/HS. OEM often don't have anything other than the chip.

I don't have an aftermarket recommendation because I am not overclocking. As long as you know how to position case fans and aren't overclocking, you shouldn't need an aftermarket cooling solution.

yes, it comes with the standard intel heat sink included with all intel retail chips. its fine for most uses, probably not good if you'll be pushing the proc a lot. i might suggest replacing the thermal paste though, it will dry out in about a year.

Short answer; it comes with a fan.

Explanation; It comes with a stock cooler (a cylindrical block of aluminum fins with a fan mounted on it) and due to this being a locked (not able to be overclocked) processor there won't any heat beyond the stock cooler's ability. In essence an aftermarket fan is not necessary unless you are pursuing a dead silent system.

NO. This will only fit motherboards with the LGA 1150 socket for Intel CPUs.

The boards you are referring to are for AMD CPUs.

Looking to make a build to run Battlefield 4, probably going to use about 8GB RAM, This CPU and a ATI Radeon 7770, Do you think this CPU will have any issue with running the game?

To be completely honest I don't really know much when it comes to building computers (until I built my own) but buying this processor was certainly not a mistake. I was actually thinking of buying something less powerful, to save on cash, and was glad my friend convinced me otherwise. It can handle most anything and I know it will be able to handle any future games or CPU intensive things (or what have you) in the future. I'd recommend this specific processor to anyone. It was worth the money.

How are the integrated graphics on this chip?

Works great for everyday stuff. I built a PC for a guy that does not play games. I have not used the integrated graphics for gaming on the PC I built for the guy. It probably would be OK for older games that don't require demanding graphics by today's standards. If you are using it for casual gaming and just everyday stuff. It will be fine. Very fast CPU and not a power hog. OEM fan works fine if you are not going to overclock it.

Mine did, along with a rather elegant heat sink made of quality cast aluminum with a machined copper core.  We were quite impressed, and a bit saddened to waste it all since we are actually tearing the processors apart to see how they are built.
