For my scenario of improving 1% and .1% lows in Baldur's Gate 3 I saw a massive performance increase of 30%-40% in 1% lows compared with my 12400, even when I power limited the 12900KF to 100W. I see my 12900K maintain an all P core frequency of around 4.9Ghz. versus 4.0Ghz on the 12400.
