Question 1

I have a AMD E1-1200 APU with Radeon(tm) with HD Graphics and 1.40 GHz. I was wondering if i will need anything like a power supply or a new motherboard, or if ill just have to take out my current processor, and put in this one? By the way, im just a beginner with pcs so go easy. lol

Since you have an AMD processor currently in your computer, the board is designed to work only with AMD.  In order to use an Intel processor you would need to purchase an Intel motherboard that is designed to run this processor family.  Items such as a power supply, RAM, hard drives/optical drives, and graphics cards are cross compatible as long as the motherboard meets the requirements for those items.  (right expansion bus in the case of the graphics card and correct pin-out for RAM)  I'm afraid that simply replacing an AMD processor with an Intel one on an AMD board is simply not feasible.

Is this compatible with win 10 64bit?

You can answer this yourself with simple web searches. Find out what the Win 10 hardware requirements are, then bounce that against the specs of this processor.

Is this processor better than the Intel Celeron Processor 430?

This processed is much better then the Intel Celeron 430.
If you are planning on upgrading from the Celeron 430, you will need a new motherboard, RAM, and most likely a power supply as well minimally.

Will this CPU handle games like, Path of Exile, and WoW?

Should definitely handle WoW.  Not sure about Path of Exile, but if its similar to WoW, Guild Wars, etc, shouldn't be a problem...

Can this processor be used for a compaq CQ5300F computer?

I'm not sure the original motherboard has an AMD processor in it. You will need to check what kind of motherboard you have in your system. If it supports AMD, then this processor will not work. 
Also, this processor is for an LGA 1155 compatible motherboard
