Q: When the power is turned on, the pump stops pumping water suddenly, and makes a buzzing sound. After 3s it turns off automatically.
A: This phenomenon is idle protection, you can:
1) Make sure the pump is completely submerged in water first, then turn off the power;
2) Straighten the water pipe vertically;
3) Wait for 3s, the internal air is emptied and ready for use.
