Why is my Holo showing abnormal battery levels after replacing the battery?

1. Ensure that the battery is fully charged and new (we recommend using a Lithium Battery).
2. In the Settings -> Battery Settings, select the appropriate battery type (Lithium Battery/Others).


What types of door locks does Holo support?

Holo Smart Lock is only compatible with the single cylinder deadbolt. It is not currently compatible with the following deadbolts: Medeco, Mortise, Integrated Lock & Handles, Rim Cylinder.


Does Holo support automatic locking or unlocking?

Holo supports automatic locking, but does not support automatic unlocking. You can enable automatic locking after the calibrating process. After enabling, it will lock automatically when the door closes.


What types of batteries do Holo and Keypadsupport?

1.5V AA battery. Recommend to use alkaline dry batteries orlithium iron dry batteries to ensure longer battery life. Standard rechargeable AA batteries are not suggested because their voltage is lower and they drain more quickly.


How long can the Holo Smart Lock last after a low battery alert?

When the battery level falls below 20%, the device can generally last 5-10 days: when it falls below 10%, it can last 3-5 days. The specifiic battery life depends greatly on the frequency and scenario of user usage.
