How long does the doorbell's battery work and do I need to buy additional batteries? The doorbell batteries can work for 30 days, and the display can work for 4-5 hours without being connected to a power source, so we recommend that it can be plugged in during the week!
We also offer extra batteries if you need them
What triggers motion detection? This is triggeredsomeone enters the monitored area. You can adjust the sensitivity of the motion detection according to your needs. The reference data here is that the detection distance of the doorbell is 3-4 meters at medium sensitivity setting
Is there a monthly fee for recording stored videos? No, we've paired it with a memory card, so you don't get stuck with a monthly fee.
We also keep the motion detection recording time within 30S to ensure that you have enough space on your memory card.
