The pliers jaw close perfectly parallel and the edges of the pliers head are very straightbut they are not sharp. Sheet metal is not damaged when bending through the jaws of the pliers.
Please note: the metal benders may being a bit stiff to open/close at first, but they will start to loosen up after a while.
